Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions for refunds, gift cards and spray tanning services provided by Bronzed By Sabrina. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards may not be replaced.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Services

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us so we can discuss a suitable resolution.
  • Results may vary depending on skin type, preparation and aftercare.
  • Customers should follow all preparation and aftercare instructions provided.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Change of mind refunds are generally not available once a service has been completed.
